Zeldathon Voyage Segment Submission Form Zeldathon Voyage is live production by Overproduced LLC, and the Zeldathon Team. Taking place over 6 days (June 9, 2025 - June 14, 2025), the event will be themed around nautical and seafaring adventure. We hope to make a big splash in our fundraising effort to benefit charity: water! Schedule: Monday, June 9th, 2025: 12PM EST - Saturday, June 14th, 2025: End Time TBD DISCLAIMER Run estimates included in segment submissions may be subject to change in order to facilitate and encourage a wider variety of games, segments, or fundraising ideas. Once selected, you will be contacted by a producer for your segment. This point of contact may be subject to change during the scheduling process. An accepted segment is not the end of the process: there will be significant follow-ups to fine-tune details of the segment, including stream tech, fundraising opportunities, and participants. Segments team expects open and prompt communications regarding segment submissions, and may replace/remove segments if response to planning inquiries go unanswered for 3 days or more without prior notice. This will be reduced to 24 hours (unless delays are communicated in advance) in the two weeks before the event start date of June 9th.
