TIL anaphylaxis can also make your throat feel like it’s burning, among other symptoms I haven’t had before Worse, I have no idea what caused it. I felt like I had something stuck in my throat all day & thought I was doing a bad job of swallowing pills. Then I added up other symptoms like OH NOOO

So I’ve been wondering why my medications have been bouncing back, and it’s because my PCP has apparently decided they’re no longer a Medicaid doctor. Only found out from the pharmacist…no notification from the office, after having been with them for a decade. DIABOLICAL.

Louder for the people in the back: If only citizens get due process, NOBODY gets due process. Because then all they have to say is that you’re not a citizen, and you have no right to due process to prove them wrong — even if it’s a lie.

Under a rock for a while bc of severe flares & anaphylaxis, but finally able to catch up a bit. Saw some things that have given me a BIT of hope. Bruised & immobile from changing out the RO system, but finally have safe water, & back to trying to recover from this MCAS spiral. Hope to be back soon

As a disabled person, I’ve long been aware that another goal is “if we get rid of Medicaid and SNAP, the legislated poverty we forced disabled people into to qualify for life-sustaining care should kill most of them quickly. The rest will be gathered into camps framed as ‘care centers.’”

Trying hard to work towards goals I had years before the need was so urgent. In one of the rougher physical states I’ve been in, but finally mentally ready. I’m 98% bedbound, & can’t declutter enough to access the aide I need. But I need to act in the ways I can, and fight while I’m still here.
