If you're working a store like Target or Walmart or a place that serves food on Christmas Day, thank you so much for doing so. I know it's probably not a choice and it's kind of shit but there were a lot of Xmases where my food and drink was what I could afford from Walmart or Wawa or 7-11.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Omar. Omar is just 16 and is taxed with helping his whole family. His father was a food industry engineer before the war but he is unemployed now and struggling. Omar is trying to take care of his younger brothers Hasan, 14 and Emad, 7.
