Vapor would inhale sharply in an annoyed manner before letting out a deep exhale. "You only managed to run away from your obligations because of that little rat you care for so much. If not for him, you'd still be a good little parrot feeding me my info."

Vapor would crouch down and pretty well get face to face with the other. "Oh dear boy, I know full well what I'm to unleash upon this city. The very same chaos I've brought upon every state I've been to so far~ it's going to be delightful, a shame you won't be able to see the fireworks from here."

Vapor let out a light sigh as he watched Avid spit on the ground and shool his head before a smile took over his visage. "Oh, Radio Boy, that's what I'm counting on. Interrogations are no fun if the person gives up right away!" Vapor reared his foot back before bringing if forward into Avids~

The silence wouldn't remain for long as the sound of a trap door being unlatched echoed around the concrete for a moment before Vapor entered the makeshift prison. Floating gently downward using his powers, water vapors slowing his descent. "Avid, it really has been quite some time. Did you enjoy~

James was cut off by a sudden burst of laughter coming through the comm link. "Or you'll what exactly, James? I don't think you get it, I've already won. I do hope that gift I left you didn't leave a poor impression. I put a lot of money towards that thermite. Almost as much money as I spent~

With that said, Vapor would walk into the next room to ensure he'd be the only thing James would hear next. "If you don't want anything to happen to your little lover here, you're going to be calm and orderly James, do we have an understanding..? I really would hate to hurt him, well, anymore."
