Anyway, May was full of so much reflection. I have gained a lot of insight. About myself and others. I love how all it takes is the right message at the right time to challenge everything you ever thought you understood. And also how it can solidify the things you always knew to be true as well.

It also feels like we've become more interested in analyzing and diagnosing one another than actually relating to one another. Everyone is trying to explain everyone else. And the way we talk about ourselves sometimes borders on an almost excessive level of self focus. Not self awareness.

Asking myself at what point does the "evolved/unevolved" rhetoric stop being a tool for growth and become a way of creating more hierarchy?
