Why are new laws needed? When applying for a permit to demonstrate the reason and route are considerations. If they are considered too similar to previous ones, don't grant the permit.

I am at a loss to understand Starmer. His ready acceptance of Rayner's resignation for a corrected tax issue compared to his tacit support of Mandy. I cannot see how Mandy 's position is tenable. Consequently Starmers judgement gets called into question and his position must be under question.
