What if Ofsted reports summed up with ‘5 things this school does well’ and ‘3 things they should focus on’

My son always hated school. Too busy. Too loud. Very nearly became a school refuser. All he wanted to do was become a farmer. At agri college now & absolutely loving it. Wide open spaces, outdoors. He is on work placement today. He never sends me texts but sent this this morning. Made me smile

Got new glasses. Wore them for the first time yesterday. ‘Your glasses slay Miss’ Thanks! 😁

And another student. Work in year 9 compared to her work in year 12. This student is soon to start her PGCE in Art teaching 😁

This still blows my mind. Same student. Five years difference. I absolutely love seeing students develop in confidence and skill. Confidence is key. Self belief is everything. I really believe it is our job as teachers to be their confidence until they believe in themselves.
