Yesterday, we supported seven teachers from our Ambassadors in Policy Network at a Parliament roundtable chaired by Saqib Bhatti MP. They shared what they love about teaching, their Teach First training experience, and policy ideas to strengthen schools.

This morning, our CEO James Toop spoke at the Education Select Committee.📢 The focus? Driving real change in teacher recruitment, training and retention. 🎯 Our CEO said: "We need more focus on attracting teachers to the schools where they are needed the most."

We recently welcomed Saqib Bhatti MP, Shadow Minister for Education, to Grace Academy Solihull, and Deirdre Costigan MP to Greenford High School. MPs met Teach First trainees and ambassadors, spoke with pupils about school life, and heard from headteachers about their achievements and challenges.
