I’m seeing a lot of chat about how the abolition of NHS England “takes us back to the pre 2012 NHS”. No. It doesn’t. There are some more important things to unwind. One is the #DutyToProvide healthcare, which had already been watered down by previous governments but was nuked in the 2012 Act.
