I'm working on a similar piece to my "Gundam: Now and Then" image, and here's a preview. There's honestly not a lot of anime robot designs I can think of that have different iterations (of the same design, not like an upgraded form) that aren't already noticed by the fandom.

In a previously unpublished manuscript, Amuro purchases hentai on Side 6 while on leave with White Base. This particular work was published in 1996 but was done around 1981-1982. Illustrated by Rikako Kugayama, Osamu Dezaki's wife.
