The end credits were never redone for home video to reflect the fact that the sound effects staff changed between broadcast and home video, so Yasufumi Yoda is still credited for sound effects on Patlabor TV to this day, even though it’s now incorrect for him to be credited as such.

Patlabor TV #40 Broadcast Mix vs Home Video mix The sound effects work for Patlabor TV was originally done by Yasufumi Yoda of Fizz Sound Creation. However after the broadcast ended, all the sound mixes were redone for LD onwards by E&M Planning Center to sound closer to the OVAs and movies.
