Highly recommend a foam roller to stretch out your back and hips before getting into bed. Might just be the arthritis and two scoliosis curves talking, but it makes sleeping waaaay easier if you stretch before sleeping.

My dad used to work with a gent called Mr. Wildman. He was a munitions guy (dad worked for a defense contractor) and made his own fireworks as a hobby. I remembered him well because of his incredibly appropriate name, and because he was missing 2 fingers on his right hand. Stay safe, folks.

Smoke from the Aspen Acres fire cleared up enough for me to venture outside. Veggie garden is doing great. Carrots and beans are coming up. Cucumber is still tiny. Lots of squash and winter pumpkins. Tomatoes are huge, and both they and the peppers are blooming. We’ve had about 10 strawberries. 🌱

My niblings are telling me that no one is dancing at their parties anymore. I asked why and they say that no one wants to be recorded looking "st*pid* Anyone else hearing this among the young people in your lives. This is incredibly sad to me.
