yearly scans & labs clear - no cancer 10 years! I quietly quit all treatment 2 yrs ago. Couldn’t tolerate side effects (effucks). So I took a break for 3 months & by the end of that I decided to take an extended break. Which turned into quitting all treatment. 1/4

I’ve been making gains in treatment resistant #depression after a year of #ketamine therapy then suddenly I feel awful again no matter what I do (journal, art, therapy, exercise, meditation…..) frustrated & deeply sad/agitated. #bipolar
