Good words of warning here. AI models are generally designed to read and incorporate (and, in a sense, believe) virtually everything they find online, with very few guardrails. The information can get divorced from its original source, context, & rebuttals or retractions. That's a really big problem

Curious about "curiosity score" and so looked up what apps include this and found one. Will dig in more to comment fairly but will say that scoring curiosity in points seems to send a message that this is a hoop to jump through rather than an actual experience and this is part of how we got here./1

Yep. NVIDIA makes tons of profit, along with RAM/storage. ODMs (server manufacturers) make a smidge of profit. data center colocation companies make slim profits years and years and years later. AI compute providers basically never make a profit. AI labs/startups lose money forever
