Our phones are tiny, powerful computers, tracking all sorts of data on us: how many steps we take, which steps count as exercise or not, when we sleep, which apps we use, when we use them & for how long. Yet, software updates still come during the busiest part of my day.

Was having a bad day sensory-wise; almost canceled my lengthy hair appointment today. Went anyway, told my amazing stylist what was going on and she suggested splitting the appointment into 2 visits. 🥳 I had no idea that was even a possibility! So glad I brought it up with her.
