We’re going to have to play Kiwor RCB and #5 at RB for a few games but apart from that, our squad is in a pretty healthy state for rotation this month whilst maintaining these same dynamics

The 2-4-4 is by far our best system and what fit our players the best: -Our best goal scorers(Wingers) are the highest players up the pitch -All our CMs thrive more in a double pivot -FBs are allowed to stay wide instead of inverting -The CF and AM can dictate play from deep

Raya became a victim of our OOP success in 23/24, despite his contributions to this being big. Facing few shots led people to think he’s not a good stopper. But his Brentford days was evidence of his credentials in this regard. This season he’s just gone up a level in all areas.

This club are actually giving Trossard a new contract. Why can’t we ever move on our bench players when their stock is still high?

Morning. This is the worst day of the Interlull, when all the international football is done, but there’s no news yet because they’re still trying to figure out how everyone is after their travels. The official site posted a training video, from which I…

The return of Riccardo Calafiori will be massive for
#Arsenal
. He brings personality, aggression and huge technicality to our first phase build up, and moves up with possession. With Merino and Martinelli coming into form, we can transform our left hand side after the break.

Martinelli- Merino- Calafiori pod- balance really can be that simple. Wide outlet is a strong footed overlapper pushing the dangerous SS winger inside whilst the progressive second ball winning CM sits to protect the space. We’ve been robbed of this.

Declan Rice-Carlos Baleba The closest approximation to Camavinga on the market. You don’t have to sacrifice legs in your DLP scouting- having the left footed CM that drops outside the middle third with his vision + ability to receive in the block. Buildup & transition control dream

My biggest issue with Elden Ring getting nominated for GOTY is that we’re just coming off a year that had Future Redeemed AND Phantom Liberty I don’t think any DLC should win but only making that exception NOW after those two got nothing feels like FromSoft bias, whether it actually is or not

Trossard’s injury might be a blessing in disguise: LW- Sterling gets more game time off the bench/when Nelli ain’t available AM- Nwaneri gets more game time when Ode isn’t available Only downside is that Gabi Jesus is a worse CF than Trossard and now he’s next choice if Kai goes down

worst team at 18, and at 23, is the star of our best team in 20 years. Respect is earned with consistency and he has done it for club and country. World class.

People are wondering how we'll have ratings for Raw in the Netflix era but judging by the Tyson fight we'll be able to tell if it's a hot episode by the amount of buffering. Gonna use "Whenever Punk shows up his segments always screen freeze" to build his HOF case next year.

Friday roundup: Kiwior played 90 minutes, conceded a penalty, and provided an assist. Portugal won 5-1, with Tavares making his debut, playing 3 minutes and getting booked. Raya played 90 minutes and Merino played 80 in Spain’s 2-1 win.

Gabriel Jesus needs to be held to higher standards at
#Arsenal
. He was good against Inter but poor again at Chelsea. He isn’t a kid. He’s a proven winner, one of our leaders and highest earners. Senior players need to step up during tough times if we’re going to win titles.

Been tracking this all season, we actually kicked off with a positive swing by gaining 3 points at Villa, since then though it's been quite disappointing. From our next 27 possible points we got an equivalent of 24 last season, dropping points just once - Fulham (A).

Arsenals most threatening box player remains Martinelli- constantly battles rhetoric of improvement despite being the league’s best 6-yard box dominator. Getting a lot of unfair criticism to his underrated start to the szn without the solutions we bought for the LHS balance.

Timber is a different type of RB to White. Sharper in the press, stronger 1v1, better carrier and thrives on the inside, whereas Ben possesses greater passing range + thrives on the overlap, which is more suited to Saka. Intrigued to see what Timber/Ode/Saka dynamic has to offer.

Losing White for multiple months (if reports are accurate) is certainly not good. If Calafiori and Tomiyasu are back after the break, and if Timber and Zinchenko can stay fit, we should be able to handle it. But that’s a lot of big ifs.
