UPDATE: Finance Cmte passed the 1st KCATA amendment (for $6 million) using a combination of TIF surplus and General Fund reserves (i.e. not from Public Mass Transportation fund, where $8.6M is proposed to go to road resurfacing and streetlight repairs). 2nd KCATA and Bikeshare amendments failed.
