Just been outside - only because I had to.... cannot believe the number of houses that have all their windows open, absolute madness. It's 31 degrees & not even 11am - our windows got closed around 8.30 when it got warmer outside than in - idiots don't seem to understand basic physics 🤷‍♀️

I went to Bangkok on my honeymoon in 2000 - everyone was carrying umbrellas in the sun & ever since then so do I. I get weird looks but hey, I've got my own personal shade & less chance of skin cancer than they have so 🤷‍♀️ I think it's weird it's not been 'normalised' in this country.

I love sweating profusely from doing bugger all at ten to eight in the morning 🫠 This is going to be a hideously long day.

It's now 31 degrees upstairs and 31 degrees outside so windows have been opened up there...seems counterintuitive but don't know how we'll get any sleep tonight otherwise. We spent the last 2 nights in an air conditioned hotel room & I wish we could have afforded another 2 nights 😭
