This is turning out to be bigger than I initially imagined. What I want is a Nix sandwich. NixOS hosts a git forge and k8s. k8s runs services that live in the git forge as projects. I declare projects via Nix, and everything works automagically. Turns out this requires tons of manual wiring up.
