Here’s what I’ve found to be my favorite Old Fashioned recipe so far: 1.5 oz really good whiskey, 1 tablespoon of Whole Foods organic cane sugar + 1 splash of hot water nuked for 10 seconds to melt the sugar, 4 dashes of toasted almond bitters. Throw in a big cube and stir, not shake. Yum!
