Bluesky’s algorithm is so weird. Last week my feed was filled with people announcing the death of a pet. I told Bluesky to show me less of that, and now my feed is filled with amethysts and rare rocks.

My folks are marshalling a cross country running race. It is 160 kilometres long, with a combined elevation of 8 kilometres (the same height as Mt Everest). And here’s me patting myself on the back when I do 5km on an exercise bike.

Speaking of Microtonic: Lenny Dee and Tieum did a track called "Mictrotronic" back in the day. The art was the Microtonic plugin GUI, and the track featured a sample of the robotic "please consider registering your copy of the Microtonic" voice that played periodically in the ungregistered plugin.
