Instead of asking "who should pay for someone's degree?", we should ask: Does it make sense for someone earning £55k to have a marginal tax rate of 51%? What will that do to savings, to productivity, to life prospects, to their chances of buying a home or having children or starting a business?

Honestly,the lady ghostbusters movie is the second best ghostbusters movie behind the original.
