On a very different note: Bluesky is a lot more tolerable on @boostblue.bsky.social It has a very reliable "pick up where you left off" system we're used to on other platforms, one that native Bluesky devastatingly lacks.

I never have, which is probably for the best as all of my favorite authors are by all accounts terrible people.

In 2018, I attended a book signing for Jim Butcher (author of “The Dresden Files”) and he signed my copy of the new book “Brief Cases” and my favorite book in the series “Proven Guilty”. Got to thank him for his work and the Q&A was interesting and funny. Was also nice to chat with fellow fans.

100% read, 0% listen. I'm glad it works for some (my dad is one) but unless I lose my vision I'll never, ever prefer an audiobook.

Probably 70% or more listening, these days. The vast majority of what I read on paper is stuff that either I'm researching and have to highlight, or that isn't available in audiobook form. The rest, I enjoy while working or walking.

iPad v1 for Boost Blue has been released!! This version is basically identical to the mobile version, with small UI changes where the design broke on the larger screen. I’m still planning an additional iPad update in the next two months that will take advantage of the larger screen! #buildinpublic
