The cultural impact of Rob Reiner cannot be understated. Legend isn't big enough a word. It goes to 11. You can't handle the truth. As you wish. I'll have what she's having. I'm your number one fan. You guys wanna see a dead body? The very idea of a bucket list. The West Wing. All from his movies.

After everything else, I did not think it would be the death of Rob Reiner that would finally stagger me in my tracks, but I guess you learn something new about tragedy every time.

Reading about Rob Reiner & his wife Michele, I am heartsick. I think of this line from Stand By Me: “Two men got into an argument. One of them pulled a knife. Chris, who had always made the best peace, tried to break it up…” Rest in peace. Life is not fair, but we do the best that we can with it.
