Dort, wo das Boot wahrscheinlich ist, suchen sie nicht. 🙈 Gezieltes Wegsehen! Weil die Behörden nicht helfen wollten, haben sich @sea-watch.org & @hpiswiss.bsky.social heute mit der 🛩️ #Seabird selbst auf die Suche gemacht, aber sie konnten das Boot nicht finden. Wir befürchten das Schlimmste!

Um solche tragische Vorfälle zu verhindern möchten wir mit unseren Pilot:innen so bald wie möglich auch über dem Atlantik aus der Luft nach Booten in Seenot Ausschau halten!

🔴 Wir haben mit unserem Flugzeug Seabird 1 ein überfülltes Boot in Seenot gesichtet. Es wird dunkel, das nahe gelegene Handelsschiff Marvella könnte helfen, ansonsten sind die Menschen ganz allein. Sie brauchen sofortige Rettung & so schnell wie möglich einen sicheren Hafen!
