An old favourite. I was taught to always use a Mac 4 blade rather than a Mac 3 bc of the 4 was too long you could just not put it in as far. Made sense but I always got a better view w a Mac 3. Took me a decade to work out Mac 3 should be default blade & why. youtu.be/gYxwhEmYb9w?...

A nice tip I heard recently was putting a NIBP cuff on each arm for longer cases that don't necessarily need an arterial line - then switching every hour or so - so that the same arm isn't being used every 3-5 minutes throughout the case.
