One thing I'm finding increasingly tiring about the AI in health narrative in general, but especially AI in the NHS, is the lack of specificity. The whole narrative is filled with grandiose generalised statements. What *exactly* do we want to achieve and how *exactly* are we going to achieve it?

So many of mine are Levi 501’s : no zipper! Like my old 501 jeans the no zipper SIFI still seem fit for purpose. It’s ok to be deep in iliacus. Think of all those branches coursing through the muscle to the hip.

Powerful piece of research. Individual experience and understanding of complex systems can really help to proactively support against the negative impacts of these events. Fellowships/Msc in QI/HFE/Patient Safety subject areas massively improved my own resilience. Recommend CPD from early career.
