I use signal. You should use signal. Top US government officials should not use signal. Don't spread panic or misinformation. Signal is still the best general comms tool for journalists, protestors, activists, organizers, and vulnerable people.

It's 2028. The government says that things are great, but you can tell from the bread lines that things are not great. Trump is on TV complaining loudly about the economy he inherited from Crooked Joe Biden. He says that only he can fix it and a sea of red hats goes crazy.

When going out to protest, the goal shouldn’t be to get arrested. Do not run yourself into arrests. Do not just hand yourself over to the state. Watch and share on instagram:

It’s 2025 and Democrats would rather have Trump’s boot on their face than admit that marginalizing the populist wing of their party was a mistake.

The Star Wars prequels are turning out to be prescient in a lot of ways. Not just the whole fascist takeover from within… but the fact that the people who were supposed to be protecting the galaxy had become so rigid, insular and detached that they were easily overthrown.

The smartest thing the Democrats could do right now is start a legal fund to defend everyone who’s going to get sued for defamation by Trump or musk. Spam me to donate to that. I’d gladly give a few bucks so people have the ability to speak freely.

I think our primary goal now has to be slowing things down and gumming up the works so much that they can’t totally eliminate fair elections next year. And making sure Trump voters know where their pain is coming from.

“delete the federal departments and the states will handle it” In Tennessee we’re #1 in Medical bankruptcies as the state hoards TANF funds for poor people, ties vouchers to hurricane aid, and hands out no-bid contracts like candy. These are the people you trust?

Companies have been warming up to the idea of people literally living at the office. As conditions in the US rapidly deteriorate, it seems very likely we will see the return of company town style living. These closed infrastructures allow companies to keep more $ and control info and behavior.

Dems should see the FOTUS IG memo as an opportunity. If they can take a break from creating moments of comity they should be firing off letters to IGs saying they expect them to remain on the job & continue investigations, until FOTUS complies with the law. There can be no compromises on this.
