Reference vs ART Before discovering DAZ 3D + Blender workflow, I just used my team of models (myself) as reference. I still do it after using the 3D programs as a base, which helps even on the thumbnail phase of the illustration.

All that talk lately about the God of War show first image made me remember back when I did this fan art before God of War Ragnarok. I thought that Mads Mikkelsen would be a great Odin. Maybe there's still a chance?

One of the challenges I find about being an an illustrator is to wonder simple things as: Can a person in full plate armor cross it's arms? And find nothing about it on the internet...
