I used to pretty much only draw characters/people, but for a while now I’ve been focusing on other things. Lately, I’ve gotten really into historical clothing and have been wanting to start writing and drawing comics again. So to help get back into the swing of that, I drew this Russian shaman.

My first baking project of 2026 was Biscoff cinnamon rolls. I love making cinnamon rolls, but yeasted doughs can be tricky in my apartment. I think these are the best ones I’ve made!

Last week I took a Yule Log baking class. I’d tried making rolled cakes at home before but they would always crack and fall apart. This was really fun and I learned sooo much!

I wanted to get a video of this ghost crab but every time I got close to their hole they scuttled back in, so I tried getting clever with it. I made a little sandcastle and shoved my phone into it, hit record, and walked away. Crab was VERY suspicious of this addition to their environment.
