It's disappointing to see allies, innuendos, and background characters included in this list but not 13 and Yaz, the first same-sex Doctor/companion romance, two canonically queer female characters who expressed romantic feelings for each other on-screen.

The reason I hate the Fugitive is between 2 and 3 theory so much isn't even because it would contradict the Timeless Child arc, it's just that I think it's dumb as hell to have a secret Doctor play a huge part in an arc about secret Doctors but then have her be a different, unrelated secret Doctor
