So these are good questions. I wrestle quite a bit with the fact that people *in my industry* are having their jobs automated away. I see it directly, in hiring committees and staffing budgets. I also teach graduating CS undergrads each year, and see their struggles *increase*, to find work.

In my case, FOMO is def real, but I am happy to take some time to kick off a bunch of tasks and check in on them later, but the realization that ideas I had would get discarded because I could say "oh I know I don't have time to do this", now linger, as I think "I just need 1hr to kick it off.."
