I am burned out with always keeping my step count up. I was doing 15k steps a day, but it did feel so relentless to be moving around all the time. Now I can't even do 10k a day without feeling exhausted. Tyranny of the step counter

I remember a study where they surveyed how people respond to people needing help (but not asking for it). 10% were nice and helpful, 80% were neither helpful nor unhelpful, 10% were nasty and unhelpful and bullying. I take these numbers when dealing with other people, especially customers.
