So my "workout at home to avoid losing so much of my day" leg day is lateral squats, single legged deadlift, sissy squats, and hip thrusts. I can do all of these with bodyweight or the kettlebells/cheap dumbbells I have right now. The sissy squats are deeply hilarious as I hold on for dear life.

Trying different isolation exercises to try to get my right glute to do literally anything and my right hip flexor keeps jumping in like a helicopter parent. Let him learn!!
