Star Fox 2026 is proof that you should only remake bad games.

I didn't add that cut btw they took out all the cutscene/gameplay transitions at the start and end of stages. I dunno why cause a lot of games have transitions now to show off the graphics and the graphics are literally the whole point here.

Digital Foundry got my back on this one. If they wanted to keep it realistic they should've made enemies flicker green like the in-universe UI is confirming the hit. Otherwise it just feels like you're shooting blanks.

Besides the voice acting, I have other complaints with that Star Fox reboot. I think their phobia of video gamey flashing weak points/ships/sounds really killed a lot of audio visual feedback. There were times where I wasn't sure if I was hurting a boss even though I knew from memory that I was.
