Since we're talking rookie card attractiveness, as a North Stars fan during my youth, this RC always was quite epic looking. Solid design and really nice framing on a future HOFer during his rookie year.

This is worth a share. In 1978, Topps partnered with Burger King to offer regional team sets that had variation photos from the cards in the regular issue sets. They did this from 1977-80. The 1978 Topps Detroit Tigers is especially important because it has rookie cards of three 80s-90s greats.

Might be fun to start an ugliest HOFer rookie card competition. I'll submit this one as a start. Even as a huge Giants fan, man, it's so bad.

I used to have more Aaron Judge rookie cards in my collection. Definitely got rid of the others too early, but I still have these 2 beauties.

Even though he's on the Dodgers, I continue to feel like we're totally lucky to be able to witness Ohtani's greatness. 4 MVPs now.

I'm disappointed it wasn't Cal, but also get it. Judge has been insanely good 3 out of the past 4 seasons.

The Nationals join bluesky and their first post is to announce the hiring of a 30 year old pitching coach. Their new manager, Blake Butera, is 33. Some bold moves going for young guys like this. Will be interesting to see how it works out for them.

There's no way of knowing what the future would have brought, but Clase was on a HOF pace as a closer. 3 of his 6 seasons were absolutely elite! He's only 27 years old. Now, he might end up in prison. Normalizing sports betting is ruining a lot of lives, including for some athletes.

I watched the last half of the game yesterday against the Bears. Definitely some questionable coaching decisions, but also Dart was out and Wilson didn't do much. Changing the coach might help, but the Giants have other issues in my opinion.

A HOFer and member of the NBA's 75th Anniversary team, Lenny went on to become one of the top 10 NBA coaches of all time, including winning a championship in 1979 with the Seattle Supersonics. RIP Lenny.
