One of the players in my 13th Age group insists on rolling his stats, and his rolls have always been very good. It annoys me that characters should start off with baked-in differences. So, I've proposed a George-based stat generation method. Either you pick a standard array, or use George's stats.

We played Night's Black Agents this weekend, and decided to let players to spend their investigative points in combat. This is a more modern GUMSHOE interpretation, and it enabled the players to make full use of the thriller combat options. It gave a more John Wick flavour to vampire slaying. #TTRPG
