I tried this with an OVH instance France: AMD 16 cores, 16 GB RAM, 160 GB SSD for 40 EUR/m. It worked fine and it didn't took long, assume half/one day of work. The VM metrics for the last 7 days show: CPU 10%, RAM 100%, HD 27GB used, Net IO 10-25 Mbps inbound + same outbound per consumer.
