Why does commercial software constantly seek personal validation as annoying pop ups? Would you recommend Power BI to your friends and family. No, of course not. Why would I? They either work in the field and know about it or don't care about my job and the crappy software I have to use.

Much food for thought. Like many tools, LLMs have strengths and weaknesses, while they're marketed as having only strengths and 100% accuracy. My own learning is that LLMs are only useful if you're able to error check the results, personally, as they make mistakes.

Ie you can't use an LLM to find out things you're not familiar with, as you won't be able to tell a false result from a true one. And false results happen. There are helpful uses of LLMs, but you need know what it can and can't do.
