the thing I love about playing Curse of Strahd with my D&D group is that it can go from a disturbing gothic horror adventure with intense, heartfelt RP between us but also littered with absurd bits of comedy and one liners and bad rolls at the worst times. Just makes it so entertaining 😂

I'll be honest, I'm having such a hard time physically and mentally when it comes to art making. ideas but inability to draw, ability to draw but not for long enough to see the idea through, etc. everything being aligned feels like lightning in a bottle these days and work gets priority.

There's a bunch of things I'm working on rn, I just hate that art takes me so long, sometimes weeks for one thing. x_x My chronic fatigue and pain really impacts my ability to get things done, to the point where even sitting at a desk and holding a pencil or stylus feels too much. *sigh*.

I finished DA Veilguard again and tried a different ending w/ Solas [spoiler warning] where Rook fights him, and sends him back to the fade alone. And honestly to me it was way more satisfying. Sorry I'm a Solas hater, I can appreciate him as a character but he deserved that 🤷‍♀️

I do think it’s important.

Go make the art you’ve always wanted to make. Write the stories you’ve been dreaming of. Sing your heart out. Pick up an instrument & play. Do the things you’ve been holding back on because you’re worried about what others might think. Just do it. Do it now. Life is short. Life is precious. Please.
