I don't normally engage in 'politics' online, as it's so devisive, but this article deserves attention, we've all seen and are affected by climate change and something needs to change, as our planet

I have spent the past few years working on a book about people on the front lines of technological change, from truck drivers and warehouse workers to translators and Hollywood writers. And none of these people were standing paralysed as a “tsunami” washed over them.

I looked out at about 2.30am last night to see a wonderful orange moon setting in the south west. I could hear a rooster carrying on at full blast clearly convinced that it was just like the rising sun and worth celebrating. Not sure anyone nearby trying to sleep would have agreed!

Take a moment to breathe with the cosmos 🌌 Above the Chilean landscape, the Milky Way stretches overhead while the Large Magellanic Cloud glows softly 160,000 light-years away. 🔭🧪 It's not hard to see why we’ve always looked up and wondered about our place in the cosmos ✨

Calling A-level English teachers! Do you teach Austen, Brontë, or other 18thc stuff? Could you use a set of free research-informed teaching materials, which support students' historical, literary, & linguistic understanding, & foster debate about misogyny, consent, & healthy relationships? (1/?)

Today, Christians across Canada celebrate Easter and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We are reminded that compassion is stronger than hate, that light follows darkness, and that hope endures – even in the face of despair. From my family to yours, have a blessed Easter.
