There’s something almost magical about baking in the early hours. Haven't managed to oversleep once since I started (touch wood).
Oven's been heating since I woke up and just hit 250 degrees (C) while I was writing this, the first batch is ready on the table, and 5g of yeast did the trick nicely.
add a skeleton here at some point
