The COP30 deal has fallen short. Morally, economically, environmentally and scientifically. There are reports that a record number of fossil fuel lobbyists (1,600) attended this UN climate summit. Banning vested interests from the COP process is long overdue.

COP is what it is. An institution for corporate Greenwashing by some of the worlds largest polluters. Over 70% of global pollution can be traced to just 100 Global Conglomerate Corporations. We can and must do better. Only the Greens have real policies for real change.

Bringing back PFI to our NHS would be harmful to patients. “Like a family using a payday loan to buy their home, yes, we’d end up with a building, but we’ll have to sacrifice meals to keep up with the payments.” MPs are against those plans. Time to drop them, Wes Streeting.
