Unquestionably the most dangerous and corrupt attack on the independence of US economic data in American history. Trump is firing the head of the BLS, a longtime civil servant confirmed 86-8 by the Senate, simply because the job numbers came in below his expectations today

I think the president just plainly stating that he's firing the person who produces economic data because he doesn't like the numbers officially pushes us into a new era where you just can't believe government data anymore.

This is excellent and exactly matches what we've seen in reporting w construction teams, farm managers, food service, bldg maintenance. Let's not even talk about packing houses Everyone knows this, except Miller, Noem, Homan, Trump, Congressional GOP. (Actually, they know.) 100% worth watching

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases) projects.propublica.org/claimfile/
