Georgia has added transfer WR Isiah Canion from Georgia Tech. Canion was GT's third-leading receiver, was due to be the Jackets' top returning receiver, with 33 catches for 480 yards and four TDs last year. Canion (6-4, 200 lbs) gives Georgia a replacement for Colbie Young and Noah Thomas.

Ole Miss was 14th in the SEC in rush defense and Georiga ran for 221 yards in the first game. And yet Georgia has run one traditional run play in its first nine plays. (And it got 6 yards.) Suspect that strategy will be altered soon.

Lucas Carneiro with a season-long 56-yarder to put Ole Miss up 3-0. Previous long was 54. He's now 25-for-28 this season.

Kewan Lacy looks just fine. (And Georgia looks like it's going to pile drive that shoulder if it can.)

Georgia is getting back receiver Colbie Young, who hasn’t played since the first Ole Miss game, when he got hurt. Young has been trending towards returning and looks set to play as he warms up.

So we know the national championship will be a Big Ten team vs. either an ACC or SEC team. And the Big Ten would be a third straight national champion, each from a different team.

Poor Tom Allen.

In fact, five of the six remaining CFB head coaches worked for Nick Saban. The exception: The current Alabama coach.
