DOGE would like you to know they’re still a thing. In a just world, these people would be ashamed to show their faces in public because of the literal body count and terrible human cost of their work. But they should also be ashamed of their shitty meme.

This piece is good, but omits a big source of Musk’s remaining influence in government: namely people given key appointments during the transition who were never officially part of DOGE and who are still in those positions doing DOGE-aligned work—people like my old boss at GSA who came from Tesla.

Courts aren’t going to save us but it’s damn cathartic to see these ghouls get their asses handed to them by judges who are empowered to say what we all know to be true.

I love seeing this. MD‘s and NJ‘s systems are both definitely based on USWDS. Not captured here, but there are municipal systems based on it too.

There are so few things in law school that really prepare students for legal practice (sorry, lawprofs 😅). Mock trials/trial advocacy classes where you get to watch real people deliberate over a case you put together is a huge one. This totally squanders that valuable experience.
