Errors in the backup process (i.e. I screwed up big time) mean I have now lost five nearly-finished mixes of songs from the last month and a ton of really good guitar parts. Urgh I am soooo sad.

Sometimes it's good to just stop what you're doing and remind yourself that you live on a bonkers planet that occasionally shoots massive bolts of electricity from the sky. I mean, this is certifiably nuts. I think maybe we should all remind ourselves more often how amazingly crazy this world is.
