Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.

Carl, numbers aren’t real things to Donald Trump. They have always been things that his accountants can adjust to get a better interest rate on a loan or to cheat on his taxes. 401ks can double and drug prices can fall 1000 percent. Cases go to zero if you don’t test. None of it is real.
