not to start doing conspiracy theories but to absolutely start: Colopale lowered banner card rates for Mizu5 on ensekai. I had to pull till the guaranteed banner 4* and along the way i didnt even get the Mafuyu 3* or Kanade 2* and I don't think I'm the only one this happened to.
