T3. All the more we should know how to use AI. I think the Dont Reject, Redirect approach can still be applied: thats interesting mamser; how did you ask (the AI)? what was your prompt? what if u try asking it like this/way? some patient support groups are training their own LLMs. #healthxph

T2. This is an issue because many teens and young adults often tend to go to AI therapy apps to air out their issues....to the point that they do it without surveillance, and consequences. While it is a ready AI to talk to, I think it is not a substitute for actually going to therapy. #healthxph

Ideally, there should be an identified part of the workflow for the AI tool. There are standards for RCTs - SPIRIT-AI and CONSORT-AI. #healthxph
